[LER-L] Learning with LOUIS - Call for Proposals

Does your library have a unique or innovative outreach service?  Did your library work to re-brand itself in the current academic and economic environment?  Do you have a system of special workflows set up to improve services?  Did you give a conference presentation that you would like to revise or expand?

If so, share your experience with us!

We are trying to get our Learning with LOUIS calendar filled for next year.  So send us your proposals!

Learning with LOUIS is a teaching, learning, and sharing webinar program introduced in March 2013.  These webinars are facilitated by LOUIS, but are presented by consortium members, LOUIS staff, and invited guests.   We want to ensure that our members, at all levels, remained connected to each other.  The best way to do so is to share our experiences, learn from each other, and grow together.

We hope to offer the webinars at least once a month, but they can be offered more frequently if demand is met.

Proposal Guidelines (please include):

1.       Title

2.       Presenter name, title, and institution

3.       Brief description

4.       List of three preferred dates and times

Send to: jaimeb@lsu.edu

Deadline: Open call!

Are you wondering how this works exactly or what your responsibilities will be and how we will help?  Check out our Knowledge Base document (#6727) “Learning with LOUIS – Responsibilities.”

Note: This message was posted to multiple listservs.

Hope to hear from you soon!
